1 - PRICE TABLE
Our price lists are based on the gross prices (without VAT) and are subject to changes without previous notice. Any discounts to be granted on our tables are always based on quantities per order, per year, per package, on exworks basis.
2 - CUSTOMER ACCOUNT – CREDIT CHECK
The account opening credit is subject to approval by the Financial Department, which requests the fulfilment of appropriated documents (Credit Account Opening form). Our business operations are covered by credit insurance.
3 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS
For credit account customers approved by the Financial Department, the payment conditions are part of the Credit Account Opening Form signed by the client with a clear mention of the chosen form of payment. The invoices payment due date are subject to the Portuguese legislation article 4 of Decree-Law 32/2003 of 17 February.
Failure to comply with the agreement deadlines shall entail the suspension of credit supply until the full settlement of existing debt, as well as the acceptance by the customer of its constitution in arrears, with the consequent debt default interest at the commercial rate, as stipulated in Decree-Law 32/2003 of 17 February.
4 - RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Complaints can only be considered within 8 days after delivery. Any returns will be accepted only by written communication, by our Quality Department.
5 - TERMS AND DELIVERY GOODS
Conditions for deliveries depend on the value of the order and country destination. Please check with our commercial/logistics department for more details.
6 - JURISDICTION
The jurisdiction of the Portuguese Law is applicable to these General Conditions.
Any dispute arising from these General Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the competent Court of the judicial district of Aveiro, with express waiver of any other.
7 - CONSUMERS
In case of litigation, according to the Law nr. 144/2015, the consumer may appeal to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, contained in Law nr. 144/2015.
8 - FINAL
The placement and purchase of product prove that the 'Terms and conditions' mentioned, were well understood and accepted, subject to all the clauses of Decree-Law 32/2003 of 17 February.
