LUSAVOUGA bought 50% of L4D Web Agency

Dedicated to metalworking equipments, materials for building constructions and logistics, LUSAVOUGA decided to expand its area of ​​investment and acquire 50% of Live4Digital Web Agency. The Aveiro agency joins the Group L - Marques dos Santos (GLMS), "strengthening its market position and gaining new international strategic thinking."

LUSAVOUGA, the basis of Grupo L - Marques dos Santos (GLMS), present in more than 30 countries, has diversified its investments and saw GLMS increase the number of subsidiaries to 9.

On the side, the advantages of LUSAVOUGA on buying part the L4D Web Agency are related to the current needs of the company and the group's plans for the future. Rui Vicente Santos, CEO of LUSAVOUGA, highlights "the skills and the know-how of the agency to enhance and promote SMEs in the digital media" and adds that the acquisition is to diversify investment styles.

The Live4digital has been on the market for the last 3 years, positioning itself as a digital marketing agency that offers web-marketing solutions, combining their vision, strategy and creativity with digital DNA to strengthen the competitiveness of companies / brands on the Internet.

The agency has always showed growth in its 3 years of existence, going through learning processes and constant challenges that reinforce the motivation to progress and showing results. According to Pedro Simões, CEO of Live4digital the agency intends to position itself as a reference in digital marketing for SME’s. It was the first digital native agency born in Aveiro district. And as a result of this growth, L4D is currently looking for reinforcing the Digital Marketing team Department.
